He’s been all over the globe, spanning multiple time zones in a day on his “Dark Knight” promotional tour. And now, Christian Bale is back home in America.

Yesterday, Mr. Bale was spotted out to lunch with his wife, Sibi, and her parents at a local neighborhood restaurant in Brentwood, California.

The “American Psycho” stud was looking a bit more casual than he’s been as of late, sporting a simple grey t-shirt and jeans with a pair of NewBalance cross-trainers.

Reportedly, his press duties in Tokyo, Japan were a source of frustration for the “3:10 to Yuma” actor, with journalists constantly asking him about the widely-publicized hotel room scuffle between himself and his mother and sister.

Bale responded several times “It’s a private matter,” though the press didn’t seem deterred from asking further questions.
