Just a few days after his son Bronx was born, Pete Wentz was already back to work. He was spotted filming scenes for his FNMTV show at Boardners Bar on Hollywood Boulevard yesterday (November 24).

The Fall Out Boy bassist recently chatted with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show about the whole experience of watching his son being born, as well as his own reactions to the whole process.

He said that being in the delivery room was “pretty surreal. Obviously, some stuff my wife would freak if I said, but she's pretty much a saint. Right before she went into labor, I was like, 'Oh my God, I think I'm having a heart attack!'”

Pete continued, "You see your wife in all this pain, and you really don't know what's happening. [She] took care of me and made sure I was OK and then we went into labor. That's why she's a saint.

"She's an amazing girl. She was like, 'I will make sure you're OK.' I didn't even stop to think, 'Well, you just had an epidural and you're about to have a baby!'" He added, "Natural things start going on in your body. My heart started beating really fast."

Once baby Bronx was born, Pete and Ashlee both said, "'He's beautiful. He's perfect.' We were instantly in love. It's impossible not to be!"
